Bucks trade Edwards to Celtics

MILWAUKEE, June 29 -- Milwaukee Bucks forward Blue Edwards went Wednesday to the Boston Celtics in a four-player deal.

Joining Edwards was forward Derek Strong. The Bucks received forward Ed Pinckney and the rights to forward-center Andrei Fetisov, who was the 36th pick in the NBA draft. Edwards averaged 11.6 points and four rebounds this season and played all 82 games for the Bucks. Strong played in 67 games, notching 6.6 points and 4.2 rebounds. Pinckney had 5.2 points and 6.3 rebounds per game in 76 contests for Boston.
