WASHINGTON, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- The Twitter account for U.S. Central Command was hacked Monday by someone claiming to be part of the Islamic State. U.S. Central Command's YouTube page also appears to have been hacked.

The hashtag "CyberCaliphate" was used in the posts.

"American soldiers, we are coming, watch your back," the hacker tweeted.

Another post said "We won't stop! We know everything about you, your wives and children" and posted a photo with personal information claiming to be a retired army general officer roster.

It claimed the Pentagon was also hacked and posted what claims are strategic scenarios about dealing with China and Korea.

"In the name of Allah... the CyberCaliphate under the auspices of ISIS continues its CyberJihad," a message said."You'll see no mercy infidels. ISIS is already here."

U.S. Central Command's YouTube page was also hacked. Videos with the name "O Soldiers of Truth Go Forth" and "Flames of War ISIS Video" were posted.

The videos depict scenes of war and possible targets such as The White House and President Barack Obama.

The "Soldiers of Truth" video asks to "rally all the soldiers" so the Islamic State can "wipe out all the borders."

"Jewish Rabbis are humiliated," the video also said. "Break the crosses and destroy the lineage of the grandsons of monkeys."

The "Flames of War" ends by declaring "fighting has just begun."

"We can confirm that the U.S. Central Command's Twitter and YouTube accounts were compromised earlier today," a defense official told NBC News. "This is clearly embarrassing, but not a security threat."

The photos posted on Twitter that were apparently spreadsheets of army rosters are not classified and the strategic information about China and North Korea was not made by the military, according to government officials.

The Twitter and YouTube accounts of U.S. Central Command have been suspended.
