Police said in a news release Radita took an iPad during one of his burglaries, which occurred between May 3 and May 25 of this year, and officers used the "Find My iPhone" app installed on the device to track it to the area of Radita's home.

Police observed the area and executed a search warrant May 30, after a vehicle reported seen in the area of the burglaries was seen outside of Radita's home.

Investigators said Radita's loot also included laptops, phones and cash. They said he was found to have urinated on the homeowner's bed in at least two of the break-ins.
