KARACHI, Pakistan, Sept. 30 (UPI) -- Nine people died Monday in several shooting incidents throughout Pakistan, police said.
A father and his two sons were shot to death Monday morning near Jhatpat market in Lyari Town, Geo News reported.

In the Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of the city, police said they discovered the bodies of three people shot to death in a vehicle parked near the Telephone Exchange. They said the bodies showed signs of torture.
In separate incidents in Orangi Town, a motorcycle rider was shot to death near the University of Karachi Gate, another was shot near a truck stand and a third was shot dead elsewhere in Orangi, though the specific location wasn't reported.
