July 17 (UPI) -- The Indiana State Police on Monday released a composite sketch believed to be connected to the deaths of two teenaged girls five months ago. Abigail Williams, 13, and Liberty German, 14, vanished Feb. 13 along a trail near their hometown of Delphi, about 60 miles northwest of Indianapolis. The next day, their bodies were found in a wooded area.

Earlier, police released a grainy image of a suspect and an audio recording of man saying, "Down the hill." This evidence was captured by German's cellphone about the time of her death, police said.
Police now have a composite drawing, which is result of information received during the investigation, Sgt. Kim Riley said in a news release.
The person in the composite sketch is described as a white male between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-10, weighing 180 to 220 pounds, with reddish brown hair. The hat included in the sketch may not be accurate, authorities noted.
"We ask that you focus on the person's facial features," Riley said in the release.

Carroll County Sheriff Tobe Leazenby told the Lafayette Journal & Courier the portrait was drawn by an FBI sketch artist and was based on "recent information" from a witness who saw the suspect about the time of the teens' deaths.
Detectives have received 18,000 tips and have interviewed at least 1,000 people.
"However small it may seem, it's extremely vital that we get every tip we can get," Mike Patty, the grandfather of German, said at a news conference in March. "Please, we need your help."
Anyone with information is asked to call the established tip line at 844-459-5786 and can remain anonymous. Tips may also be emailed to [email protected].
A reward of $230,000 is offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for these murders.
