Colin Powell does 'Throwback Thursday', wins the Internet

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell showed up Ellen Degeneres and every millennial when he posted a "Throwback Thursday" selfie from 60 years ago.

After Ellen Degeneres broke Twitter with the most retweeted tweet ever that contained a star-studded selfie, Powell apparently saw a challenge. He posted a photo on his Facebook page taking a mirror selfie 60 years ago.

"Throwback Thursday - I was doing selfies 60 years before you Facebook folks. Eat your heart out Ellen!" said Powell on the website.

And that's how the Internet got schooled by Colin Powell.
