WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- President Obama leaves Washington for Toluca, Mexico, Wednesday to participate in the North American Leaders Summit, the White House said.
The daily schedule indicates Obama will:
-- Participate in the official arrival ceremony at the Licenciado Adolfo Lopez Mateos International Airport upon his arrival in Toluca.
-- Visit Palacio de Gobierno del Estado de Mexico and be welcomed by Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto of Mexico.
-- Have meetings with Nieto.
-- Participate in a photo session before having a working lunch with Nieto and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
-- Participate in a "walk-and-talk" with Harper before speaking to North American business, civil society and education leaders with Nieto and Harper.
-- Participate in the North American Leaders Summit meeting and a news conference.
-- Return to Washington.
