First lawsuit filed in deadly Philly building collapse

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 3 (UPI) -- The first wrongful death lawsuit following a building collapse in Philadelphia has been filed, lawyers on the case said.

Mary Lea Simpson, 24, was one of six people killed when a neighboring building being demolished collapsed onto an adjacent Salvation Army thrift store in June. Thirteen others were injured.
