WASHINGTON, Aug. 1 (UPI) -- President Obama will meet with congressional members to discuss Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act programs Thursday, the White House said.

-- Meet Vice President Joe Biden for lunch in the Private Dining Room.

-- Meet with a group of bipartisan members of Congress to discuss key FISA programs.

-- Hold a bilateral meeting with Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi to discuss matters of mutual interest.

-- Host a reception for the 50th anniversary of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under the Law in the East Room.
