WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama has no public events scheduled for Thursday, the White House said.

The daily schedule indicated Obama, along with Vice President Joe Biden, will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office.
