WASHINGTON, July 6 (UPI) -- President Obama has campaign events in Ohio and Pennsylvania and signs the highway-student loan bill Friday, the White House said.

The daily schedule indicates Obama will:

-- Tour Summer Garden Food Manufacturing in Boardman, Ohio.

-- Speak at a campaign event at Dobbins Elementary School in Poland, Ohio.

-- Deliver remarks at a campaign event at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

-- Return to Washington.

-- Hold a signing ceremony at the White House for HR 4348, the bill that would fund highway projects and prevent interest rates on federal student loans from doubling. Construction workers and college students have been invited to attend.

-- Depart for Camp David where he will stay overnight.
