YORBA LINDA, Calif., Jan. 10 (UPI) -- Friends and family of Richard Nixon recalled the late U.S. president's achievements Monday at a ceremony marking what would have been his 99th birthday.
Nixon's brother, Ed, was among the crowd of about 150 who got together at the Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in Yorba Linda, Calif., to salute the 37th president who died in 1994, almost 20 years after resigning the presidency because of what came to be known as the Watergate scandal.
