Police said Long was babysitting at a home in Gainesville Tuesday, and when the baby's mother came home early she allegedly witnessed Long holding a pillow over the baby's face.

The mother told police the baby's legs were flailing and when Long lifted the pillow the baby was crying.

Long allegedly asked the mother not to report the incident, saying she was only playing peek-a-boo with the baby to get it to stop crying, the report said.
