School buses involved in crashes

BUFFALO, N.Y., May 18 (UPI) -- Two school buses, one in upstate New York and the other in Arizona, were involved in crashes Wednesday morning.

In Clarence, N.Y., outside Buffalo, a small school bus rolled over after a collision, The Buffalo News reported. Both drivers were taken to hospitals, while a student was treated at the scene, police said. A school aide, the only other person on the bus, was not injured.

In Prescott, Ariz., police said the driver of a GMC Denali struck a school bus head on after leaving her lane, KNXV-TV reported. She suffered a broken leg.

The bus driver was also hospitalized. Police said one of the three children on the bus had cuts on his chin.
