Police said Nolasco pulled Martinez' aching tooth Tuesday and gave her prescription medication. A short time later, her gum still bleeding, Martinez discovered a broken piece of tooth still in her jaw.
Nolasco allegedly admitted he wasn't a dentist when Martinez' husband demanded a receipt for his wife's dental surgery.
Nolasco claimed to be a professional tooth puller in Cuba and Venezuela.
