PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Aug. 26 (UPI) -- Police in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., say an 18-year-old man allegedly kept at least eight videos of child pornography on his computer.
Authorities say following a police raid of the home the teen shared with his mother, detectives allegedly found videos featuring young girls having sex with older men, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel said Tuesday.
The April raid on the family's apartment initially resulted in the police discovery of a video tape that allegedly showed the man having sex with his German shepherd.
An arrest report said the teen allegedly confessed to police he did have sex with his pet one time, but his mother later contradicted that claim by alleging he confessed having sex with the animal four times.
The family's two dogs and two cats were immediately removed and the family has since been prohibited from owning any other animals by a county judge.
The Sun-Sentinel said the teen was charged Monday in relation to the alleged police discoveries with various child pornography violations and a count of cruelty to animals.
