MOSCOW, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Russia and South Korea signed a trade and economic cooperation agreement Saturday that will link the Trans-Korean and Trans-Siberian railroads.

The accord also may result in a South Korean taking part in a short-term mission to the International Space Station, Russian officials told news agency Itar-Tass.
