MIAMI, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Derrick Henry, Alvin Kamara, Austin Ekeler, Nick Chubb and Ezekiel Elliott top my Week 4 fantasy football running back rankings for 2021.

D'Andre Swift, Chris Carson, Aaron Jones, David Montgomery and Jonathan Taylor round out my Top 10 options for Week 4.

Zack Moss and Miles Sanders are among the other running backs to consider for your weekly lineup.

Plenty of other running backs with great matchups this week are available aside from the elite names. Try to find a player who will get a lot of carries, targets in the passing game or goal line work and has a good Week 4 matchup.

TOP SHELF

Derrick Henry of the Tennessee Titans is the best running back in football and should never leave your fantasy team's lineup. This week, Henry's Titans face the New York Jets.

The Jets allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to running backs through three weeks this season. They also allowed touchdowns to Denver Broncos running backs Melvin Gordon and Javonte Williams last week.

Look for Henry to get into the end zone at least twice in what should be a Titans victory. Henry leads all running backs in fantasy points and rushing yards. He is tied for the league lead with three rushing scores.

The 2019 and 2020 rushing champion is set up for a monster Week 4 performance.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara didn't score a rushing touchdown through his first three games of 2021, but did score two receiving touchdowns.

He ranks 16th in rushing yards and should find success in Week 4, when the Saints battle the New York Giants.

The Giants allowed the 10th most fantasy points through three weeks. Look for Kamara to get back on track with at least 120 yards from scrimmage and a score Sunday in New Orleans.

SNEAKY PLAYS

Detroit Lions running back D'Andre Swift ranks seventh in fantasy points for his position. He produced 107 yards from scrimmage and a score on 21 touches in Week 3.

He also ranks second among running backs with 23 targets this season.

Look for Swift to continue his 2021 success this week, when the Lions battle the Chicago Bears. The Bears allowed an average of 105 rushing yards per game to running backs through three weeks and should struggle to contain the shifty Swift on Sunday in Chicago.

I expect the Lions to win this game, with Swift leading the offense. He is my No. 7 play and can be used as an RB1 until further notice.

Chicago Bears running back David Montgomery faces Swift's Lions in Week 4. The Lions allowed a league-high six touchdowns to running backs through three weeks. Montgomery ranks fifth in rushing and should receive at least 20 touches in this matchup.

Look for at least 120 yards from scrimmage from the Bears running back, who lands at No. 10 in my Week 4 rankings.

LONGSHOTS

Zack Moss is listed as the second running back on the Buffalo Bills depth chart, but continues to outproduce starter Devin Singletary in fantasy points.

Singletary still leads the team with 180 rushing yards, but Moss averaged more fantasy points per game through the first three weeks.

Moss scored two touchdowns in Week 2. He went off for 91 yards from scrimmage and a receiving score on 16 touches in Week 3. Look for the Bills to keep Moss involved in the game plan going forward.

This week, the Bills battle the Houston Texans. The Texans allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to running backs through three weeks. Moss should find the end zone again this week in what should be a Bills blowout.

Moss is my No. 16 option and can be used as an RB2 or flex play in leagues with at least 14 teams.

Miles Sanders was unimpressive through the first three games of 2021. The Philadelphia Eagles running back ranks 25th in rushing yards and hasn't scored a touchdown.

The Eagles limited Sanders' workload in Week 3 and were on the wrong end of a blowout. Look for Sanders' touches to increase this week against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs allowed the third-most fantasy points to running backs through the first three games. The Eagles need to get Sanders going if they want to keep the Chiefs' prolific offense off the field Sunday in Philadelphia.

Sanders is my No. 18 running back for Week 4.
