FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Safety Kurt Coleman, the Carolina Panthers' fourth-leading tackler through the first three games, left Sunday's game against the New England Patriots early in the second quarter after suffering a left knee injury.

He limped off the field and was treated on the trainer's table, but the club announced soon after he was done for the day.
