Minnesota Vikings' Teddy Bridgewater working out with Miami Dolphins' DeVante Parker

July 16 (UPI) -- Teddy Bridgewater continues to give fans updates about his progress from knee surgery, recently posting a video of himself throwing passes to DeVante Parker.

The Minnesota Vikings quarterback posted photos Saturday of his workout with the Miami Dolphins wide receiver.

"Just like old times @DeVanteParker11," Bridgewater tweeted.

His tweet included four pictures of the workout. The photos show the two playing pitch-and-catch and talking about route running.

Unlike his Instagram post earlier in the week showing a training session, this time Bridgewater is sporting a large brace on his left leg.

Parker played four seasons at Louisville from 2011 through 2014. Bridgewater played at the school for Parker's first three seasons. In Parker's final two seasons with Bridgewater, he had 1,629 yards and 22 touchdowns on 95 receptions.

While Bridgewater has already made a Pro Bowl, Parker is still on the rise. But Dolphins coaches believe they've seen a different Parker this offseason, in terms of his professionalism and preparation.

Bridgewater is expected to open the season on the Physically Unable to Perform list, but appears determined to prove that he doesn't belong on the list by showing his latest workouts.

A video was also released from the workout, via SB Nation. In that footage, Bridgewater flashes his fast feet, scrambling around in the pocket, before firing off another pass.

Dolphins and Vikings veterans report to training camp on July 26.
