The Indianapolis Colts signed free agent linebacker Sean Spence, according to multiple reports Sunday.
Spence, who is expected to compete for a starting inside linebacker position, received a reported one-year deal worth $3 million.
The 5-foot-11, 231-pound Spence recorded 54 tackles, three sacks, three pass defenses and one forced fumble in 15 games (six starts) with the Tennessee Titans last season.
Spence, who was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the third round in 2012, was sidelined with injuries for the first two years of his career before seeing action the past three seasons.
The 26-year-old Spence owns 144 tackles and five sacks in 46 career games.
