Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell were named Offensive Player of the Week in their respective conferences, the NFL announced Wednesday.
Rodgers took the NFC award for his performance last Sunday when he completed 18 of 23 passes for 246 yards and three touchdowns with a 150.8 passer rating in the Packers' 38-10 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. It was his eighth straight game with multiple TD passes, the longest current streak in the NFL and the second-longest one of his career (13-game streak in 2011).
