MIAMI, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Seattle Seahawks gunslinger Russell Wilson is ready to reward faithful fantasy owners down the stretch, while Tennessee Titans' Marcus Mariota is trying to prove his value again in Week 12.

But if you don't own one of those near-elite weapons, have no fear. There are several streaming options available for you to compete this week, whether you are a lock for the playoffs or still fighting for a spot.

To help you figure out who to sit or start at the position, take a look at my top 20 quarterbacks for Week 12. You can also view my add/drops for the week and more positional rankings in the links below.

TOP SHELF

Wilson comes in as my No. 3 quarterback for Week 12. He battles a Tampa Bay Buccaneers secondary allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Wilson has accounted for multiple touchdowns and passed for more than 270 yards in three consecutive games. Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is another solid starting option. Roethlisberger faces an Indianapolis Colts secondary allowing the second-most fantasy points to the position. The Colts have allowed multiple touchdown passes in seven consecutive games.

SNEAKY PLAYS

New York Giants veteran Eli Manning won the Cleveland-Browns-sweepstakes this week, making him a top-10 option. The Browns have allowed a league-high 25 touchdown passes from opposing quarterbacks. Manning has thrown multiple touchdown passes in three consecutive games and in four of his last five starts. Oakland Raiders MVP candidate Derek Carr should throw all over the Carolina Panthers, a unit allowing the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Carr is a QB1 for the rest of the season.

LONGSHOTS

Carson Palmer is a fringe QB1 because of his matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. The Arizona Cardinals quarterback has regressed from last year, but the Falcons are a unit even he should be able to expose. The Falcons have allowed the most fantasy points to quarterbacks and the second most touchdown passes to the position. Palmer has thrown multiple touchdown passes and/or passed for more than 300 yards in four consecutive contests. The Falcons have allowed four or more touchdown passes in two of its previous three games. Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco is a bit of a dart-throw, but he could provide value against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals are allowing the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.
