FOXBOROUGH, Mass., Sept. 8 (UPI) -- And so it begins.
The game of 'if he or wont he' play starts before Week 1 of the 2016 NFL season for New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski.
Fantasy football owners who drafted Gronk in the first round need to monitor this situation up until the team kicks off Sunday night against the Arizona Cardinals and maybe even beforehand. If you own Gronkowski, you need to at least target an alternate to his services before the 1 p.m. or 4 p.m. games.
"Rob Gronkowski tells reporters he is not 100%. Hamstring is bothering him. Calls his condition "week-to-week," NFL Network's Courtney Fallon reported Thursday.

The 27-year-old All-Pro tight end has been limited in practice due to a hamstring issue. Gronkowski has started 16 games once in his six-year career. He started 15 games last season, 10 games in 2014, and six games in 2013.
Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski still not 100 percent and remains limited in team’s practices with a hamstring injury, per @MikeReiss.

If Gronkowski isn't able to go, expect even bigger things from the newly acquired Martellus Bennett.
Bennett was already penciled in as a possible top-10 play this week and would improve on that without Gronkowski's presence.
There is no way Rob Gronkowski is 100% healthy. Maybe he's close, but he was getting a lot of attention from trainers at practice Wednesday.
