ATLANTA, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- While Andre Johnson hops around the AFC South, another veteran wide receiver recently joined the ranks of a former rival.

Former New Orleans Saints wide receiver Lance Moore signed with the Atlanta Falcons Friday. Moore, 32, had 29 receptions for 337 yards and four touchdowns in 14 games last season for the Detroit Lions.

Moore worked out earlier this week for the San Diego Chargers. He was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2006. In eight seasons with the Saints, he had 346 receptions for 4,281 yards and 38 touchdowns. He had back-to-back seasons of eight touchdowns in 2010 and 2011. He caught 10 touchdowns in 2008, while snagging a career-best 79 receptions. Moore had two scores in 2014 when he played for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Moore could be just a camp-signing if he fails to compete in a receivers group of Julio Jones, Mohamed Sanu, and Justin Hardy.
