Dallas Cowboys expect Darren McFadden to play

DALLAS, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Running back Darren McFadden is fully expected to be the Dallas Cowboys' lead back Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.

McFadden, 28, had a groin injury pop up at Wednesday's practice, according to coach Jason Garrett. McFadden was limited Thursday and Friday.

On Friday, Cowboys Vice President Stephen Jones said "all indications are that Darren McFadden will be fine to play Sunday in Miami," according to Dallas Morning News reporter Jon Machota.

McFadden has piled up 494 yards and two scores on 130 carries for the Cowboys.
