Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook is tired of hearing Kevin Durant's thinly veiled shots at his former club.

Durant departed Oklahoma City as a free agent after last season and is now a member of the Golden State Warriors. He raved earlier this week about his new squad being filled with unselfish players.

"I feel really grateful to play for a team like that and play with a bunch of players who are selfless and enjoy the game in its purest form," Durant said. "They make it about the players, they make it about the environment, so it was really an easy choice."

Naturally, the comments were replayed to Westbrook on Thursday.

"That's cute, man. That's cute," Westbrook told reporters. "My job is to worry about what's going on here. We're gonna worry about all the selfish guys we've got over here, apparently. We gonna figure that out."

Westbrook emphasized that he longer cares what Durant has to say. He also said he will no longer talk about his former teammate of eight seasons.

"To me it doesn't matter," Westbrook said. "My job is to worry about here. Honestly, I'm really tired of talking about it, so any time anybody asks me another question, I'm just not gonna answer. Just FYI -- I'm not talking about it no more."

Durant has made several eye-catching statements in recent weeks that have been perceived to be shots at the Thunder.

He has denied that he is intentionally taking digs at his former organization.

"That book is closed. I'm looking forward now," Durant said. "All I'm focused on is how we prepare here and how we have fun here every day. It's not a knock on Oklahoma City. It's not a knock on my past teammates. I'm looking forward. I'm not looking backward."

Durant and Westbrook will see each other on the court soon. The teams play Nov. 3 at Golden State in a contest nationally televised by TNT.
