Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion suffered a knee injury in Sunday night's 17-14 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

Guion told ESPN after the game that he has a sprained medial collateral ligament. If the initial diagnosis holds up, he could miss multiple weeks. He was scheduled to undergo more tests Monday.

"I'm still able to walk and bend it," Guion said as he walked out of U.S. Bank Stadium with only a slight limp. "I should be all right soon."

Guion is one of the team's top run-stoppers and the Packers held the Vikings to 30 rushing yards on 22 carries. He made two tackles, including stopping Vikings running back Adrian Peterson for a 4-yard loss in the second quarter.

Peterson managed just 19 yards on 12 carries before he left in the third quarter with a knee injury.

The Packers play the Detroit Lions next Sunday before getting their bye.
