First-round selection Laquon Treadwell is the only remaining unsigned Minnesota draft pick after the Vikings formally announced six signings on Friday.

Treadwell indicated he is close to a deal and practiced with the team during the first of two Friday minicamp practices.

"It will be done soon," Treadwell said after the first practice. "I got a great agent, and I'm just waiting for the go-ahead."

Treadwell was selected with the 23rd overall selection. His work on the field Friday was limited.

Coach Mike Zimmer was pleased to see Treadwell in action.

"It was a really a low-key thing," Zimmer told reporters, "but he's quick and sudden and catches the ball good."

Among the announced signings is cornerback Mackensie Alexander of Clemson, who agreed to a four-year, $4.3 million deal earlier this week.

The Vikings also signed guard Willie Beavers, a fourth-round pick out of Western Michigan, to a reported four-year, $2.88 million deal. Linebacker Kentrell Brothers, a fifth-round choice out of Missouri, reportedly receiving a four-year, $2.57 million deal.

Rounding out the signings are tight end David Morgan (sixth round, Texas-San Antonio), defensive end Stephen Weatherly (seventh, Vanderbilt) and safety Jayron Kearse (seventh, Clemson). Each player received a four-year contract with Morgan receiving $2.47 million, Weatherly signing for $2.42 million and Kearse getting $2.4 million.
