Dallas Cowboys sign OL Joe Looney

The Dallas Cowboys added some depth with the signing of free agent offensive lineman Joe Looney to a two-year deal.

Looney, 25, has appeared in 27 career games at both guard positions and center. He started six games at guard for the Tennessee Titans last season.

Looney was a fourth-round pick by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2012 NFL Draft.

The signing offsets the loss of Mackenzy Bernadeau, who signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars after he spent the past two seasons as the backup center and guard.
