Cook comes to Green Bay after three seasons with the St. Louis Rams. He was released on Feb. 19, saving the Rams $11.75 million against the salary cap.

According to ESPN, the Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons and Chicago Bears also had interest in Cook but he opted to join the Packers and quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Cook signed a five-year, $35.1 million deal with the Rams in 2013 as an unrestricted free agent from the Tennessee Titans.

Cook had 142 receptions for 1,786 yards and eight touchdowns in his three seasons with the Rams, including 39 catches for 481 yards in 2015.
