Seven Spurs reached double figures, with Manu Ginobili's 21 points leading the way in San Antonio's 122-104 over the Utah Jazz on Sunday.

Seven Spurs reached double figures, with Manu Ginobili's 21 points leading the way in San Antonio's 122-104 over the Utah Jazz on Sunday.

Tony Parker went for 18 points and seven assists, while Tim Duncan donated 16 points, six rebounds and six assists in the rout. Tiago Splitter had 14 points and 10 rebounds and Patty Mills and Marco Belinelli each needed just seven shots for 12 points in reserve roles.

The Spurs, winners in 10 straight, will embark on a three-game road trip starting in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Derrick Favors poured in a career-high 28 points for Utah, while he and Enes Kanter contributed 10 and 11 rebounds, respectively, as the Jazz fell for the fourth straight time. Gordon Hayward had 17 points, six boards and six helpers in the setback.
