Ryan Johansen scored the decisive shootout goal as the Columbus Blue Jackets clipped the Minnesota Wild, 2-1, at Xcel Energy Center.
After Columbus goalie Sergei Bobrovsky turned away Matt Moulson to open the fourth round of the tiebreaker, Johansen secured the extra point with a backhander.

Minnesota rookie goalie Darcy Kuemper tried to disrupt the attempt with a poke check, but Johansen pulled the puck to the backhand and sent it into the net.
Bobrovsky made 32 saves for Columbus, which improved to 6-1-1 in its last eight games.
Kuemper stopped 28 shots for the Wild, who went 1-0-3 on a four-game homestand to extend their home point streak to 10 games (7-0-3).
