NBA: Los Angeles Clippers 112, Detroit 103

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Jan. 20 (UPI) -- DeAndre Jordan scored 16 points and had 21 rebounds Monday in pacing the Los Angeles Clippers to a 112-103 win over the Detroit Pistons.

Jordan was among eight Clippers who scored points in the second quarter when Los Angeles outscored Detroit 38-25. The Pistons had a seven-point edge in the final quarter that enabled them to finish within double digits of Los Angeles.

Jamal Crawford led the Clippers with 26 points and Blake Griffin had 10 points in the second quarter en route to a 25-point game. J.J. Redick, with nine points and four assists in the second period, wound up with 20 points.

Jordan's 16 points came on 8-of-11 shooting as the Clippers connected on 55.6 percent of their shots.

Detroit got a game-high 29 points from Rodney Stuckey, while Josh Smith added 24 points.
