NBA: Boston 91, Orlando 89

ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 8 (UPI) -- Brandon Bass and Avery Bradley combined for three free throws in the final 11 seconds Friday, allowing Boston to fight off Orlando 91-89.

Victor Oladipo missed a 3-point attempt for the Magic just before the buzzer, leaving Boston as the winner for the 11th straight time against Orlando.

The Celtics have won two in a row after losing four straight to open the season under new Coach Brad Stevens.

Bass made two foul shots with 11 seconds to put the Celtics in front by three. After Arron Afflalo converted a jumper to bring Orlando within one, Bradley made 1-of-2 from the line for the final point of the game.

Bass led the Celtics with 16 points, Bradley scored 14 and both Jordan Crawford and Courtney Lee had 13.

Afflalo paced the Magic with 23 points. Orlando had won three in a row, its longest such streak since last December.

Orlando has not defeated Boston since Christmas Day, 2010.
