SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 21 (UPI) -- Marco Scutaro walked with the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth Tuesday and the San Francisco Giants chalked up a 3-2 victory over the Boston Red Sox.
Brayan Villareal came in to replace Franklin Morales (2-1) with the bases loaded and missed on four consecutive pitches, allowing Joaquin Arias to trot home with the walkoff winning run.

Boston led 2-1 at the start of the eighth inning; however, Buster Posey lofted a sacrifice fly to bring in the tying run.
Brandon Belt and Roger Kieschnick both has three hits for San Francisco. Sergio Romo (4-6) pitched the final inning for the win.
Shane Victorino stroked a solo home run for the Red Sox.
