CLEVELAND, July 26 (UPI) -- Ryan Raburn hit a three-run homer in the 11th inning Friday to give Cleveland a wild 11-8 victory over Texas.
The Indians let a six-run lead get away, but eventually prevailed by coming up with three consecutive hits to lead off the 11th inning against Jason Frasor (0-2).
Asdrubal Cabrera and Carlos Santana both singled as Frasor began his third inning of work and Raburn followed with his home run on a 2-1 pitch.
The teams combined for 32 hits, 18 of them from the Indians.
Cleveland appeared to take charge with a four-run fourth, during which both Drew Stubbs and Michael Bourn drove in two runs.
The Indians took a 7-1 lead into the fifth before the Rangers began chipping away. Texas tied it at 8-8 in the eighth inning on a two-run single by Ian Kinsler.
Bryan Shaw (1-2), the sixth Cleveland pitcher, picked up the win by working the top of the 11th.
