Chad Johnson is in trouble with a Florida judge after getting kicked out of a courtroom for excessive celebration.

The ex-NFL player was in a Broward County, Fla. courtroom for a hearing on a probation violation as part of his domestic violence case.

When Johnson, formerly known as Chad Ochocinco, and his lawyer were wrapping up the case, Johnson got excited about the terms they had come to and showed his excitement with a "good game" slap on the butt of his male lawyer.

The slap was Johnson's way of replying to the judge when asked about his attorney's performance.

The court broke out in laughter, but the judge didn't share those sentiments, asking Johnson whether he found the proceeding to be a joke.

"I had no intent to make this a joke, because my life is in shambles right now," Johnson said. The judge kicked Johnson out of the courtroom and told him the deal they had come to was "off."

Johnson will serve 30 days in jail after violating probation. The original plea deal did not call for jail time, but the judge maintained that Johnson was not taking the case seriously.

He pleaded no contest to head-butting his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada during an argument. They filed for divorce just one month after getting married.
