Chad Johnson has a warrant out for his arrest

Police in Broward County, Fla., have issued a warrant for Chad Johnson's arrest because the former NFL wide receiver allegedly failed to show up for a meeting with his probation officer, TMZ reported Thursday.

Johnson, formerly Ochocinco, has been on probation since he pleaded no contest to a domestic violence charge involving his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada. The couple were only married for a little over a month when she accused Johnson of head-butting her in the car.

The Miami Dolphins released Johnson after the incident.

According to NFL.com, the Broward County Sheriff's Office said that Johnson missed two meetings with probation specialists on February 15 and March 15 and had yet to prove that he'd completed the "Batterer's Intervention Program."
