PHOENIX, May 10 (UPI) -- Patrick Corbin remained unbeaten Thursday and lowered his earned run average to 1.73 while sending Arizona to a 2-1 win over Philadelphia.

Corbin (5-0) has made seven starts this season and has given up no more than two earned runs in any of them.

He allowed a run on four hits in 6 1/3 innings Thursday, walking two and striking out four. Corbin also drove in the first Arizona run in the fifth inning on a ground out.

A squeeze bunt by Martin Prado in the sixth produced the other run for the Diamondbacks, who then held on behind Corbin and three relievers to win their fourth in a row.

Heath Bell gave up a one-out double in the ninth, but then retired Carlos Ruiz on a fly to right and Laynce Nix on a grounder to shortstop. Bell picked up his fourth save.

Cole Hamels (1-5) was the hard-luck loser, surrendering the two Arizona runs on six hits in six innings.
