WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 (UPI) -- Dwayne De Rosario scored the 100th goal of his MLS career Wednesday in helping D.C. United battle to a 2-2 draw with New York.
Wilman Conde tallied for New York with 2 minutes remaining to prevent United from earning a victory.
The lone point for United (12-9-5) moved it into a tie with Chicago for fourth place in the Eastern Conference.
De Rosario's goal gave United a 2-1 lead in the 69th minute. He also assisted on a score by Nick DeLeon in the 21st minute.
New York (13-7-7) remained in second place in the East, a point behind conference leading Kansas City.
