Olympic Medal: M 73kg Judo

LONDON, July 30 (UPI) -- Mansur Isaev of Russia won the Olympic gold medal Monday in the 73-kilogram weight class of men's judo.

Isaev defeated current world champion Riki Nakaya of Japan to win the gold. Nakaya had to settle for the silver medal while bronze medals went to Nyam-Ochir Sainjargal of Mongolia and Ugo Legrand of France.

It was the first medal of the Olympics for Mongolia, a country that won four of them in Beijing in 2008.
