NBA: Indiana 103, Cleveland 83

INDIANAPOLIS, April 13 (UPI) -- Danny Granger led Indiana to an overwhelming third period Friday that brought the Pacers a playoff berth with their 102-83 win over Cleveland.

Indiana trailed by two at the break, but outscored the Cavaliers in the third period 34-13. The Pacers will take part in the playoffs for the second straight year and currently hold down the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference.

Granger scored 18 points while Tyler Hansbrough had 16. The Pacers shot only 41 percent from the field, but held Cleveland to 35 percent and also made 22-of-26 from the foul line.

The Cavaliers, who had as much as a 14-point advantage in the first half, were led by Omri Casspi with 14 points.
