DALLAS, March 18 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki scored 27 points, grabbed six rebounds and distributed four assists Saturday in the Dallas Mavericks' 106-99 victory over San Antonio.
The Mavs also used 17 points from Jason Terry to pull within 4 1/2 games of Southwest Division-leading with a third consecutive victory.

Rodrigue Beaubois contributed 16 points and Jason Kidd added 14 and 10 assists for Dallas.
Tim Duncan and Danny Green each netted 17 points as the Spurs lost for the first time in four games.
Tony Parker contributed 13 and 11 assists for San Antonio.
