NBA: Memphis 102, Toronto 99

TORONTO, March 2 (UPI) -- Rudy Gay, Mike Conley and Marc Gasol teamed to rally the Memphis Grizzlies from a late deficit Friday to a 102-99 victory over Toronto.

The Raptors raced to a nine-point advantage early in the fourth period only to go scoreless for more than 4 minutes while Memphis was staging its comeback.

Tony Allen's layup gave Memphis a three-point lead with 9 seconds remaining and Toronto's Jose Calderon missed a 3-point try in the final second.

Gay put the Grizzlies in front for good with 26 seconds left and scored 23 points. Gasol and Mike Conley had 21 points each.

Memphis won its third straight and kept the Raptors from posting back-to-back victories for the first time in five weeks.

Jerryd Bayless scored 18 points for the Raptors and James Johnson added 14.
