Creamer moves to fifth in women's golf

ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 21 (UPI) -- Paula Creamer moved into the Top 5 of the world women's golf rankings, which were updated Monday.

Creamer finished tied for second at the LPGA's CME Group Titleholders tournament in Florida last weekend. Park Hee-young won the event, ending up two strokes ahead of Creamer and Sandra Gal. Park jumps from 58th to 37th in the rankings.

The tournament wrapped up the 2011 LPGA schedule.

No. 1-ranked Yani Tseng finishes the year with a rankings point average of 18.36. She won 11 tournaments -- seven on the LPGA Tour -- and was named the tour's Player of the Year.

Suzann Pettersen, whose average is 11.04, is ranked second with Cristie Kerr (10.49) in third and Choi Na-yeon (10.49) fourth.

Creamer moves from seventh to fifth by improving her average to 8.52. The shoves Ahn Sun-ju (8.35) and Jiyai Shin (8.28) each down one place to sixth and seventh, respectively.

Kim In-kyung (7.28) is No. 8, Ai Miyazato (7.19) is ninth and Stacy Lewis (7.10) is No. 10.
