Randall Cobb opened the scoring by returning a punt 80 yards for a touchdown.

Green Bay's defense allowed only five Vikings first downs en route to their ninth straight win to start the season -- the Packers' best start since a 10-0 run in 1962.

Nelson finished with five catches for 63 yards.

Christian Ponder completed 16-of-34 passes for 190 yards and an interception for Minnesota (2-7), which also lost to the Packers earlier this season in Minneapolis. The rookie was sacked three times.
