PHOENIX, July 24 (UPI) -- Micah Owings and Zach Duke combined on a five-hit shutout and Justin Upton went 4-for-4 Sunday in the Arizona Diamondbacks' 7-0 win over Colorado.
Owings (4-0), making his third start of the season and first since May 26, handcuffed the Rockies, working around two hits and three walks over five innings, while striking out two.
Duke, a former starter making only his third relief appearance, notched his first career save, hurling four scoreless frames as the D-backs took the rubber match of a three-game series against Colorado.
Upton drove in three runs with a double and triple among his four hits and Xavier Nady went 2-for-4 with three runs scored for Arizona.
Colorado's Ubaldo Jimenez (6-9) was roughed up for five runs on eight hits over five innings.
