MLB: Washington 10, Philadelphia 2

WASHINGTON, May 31 (UPI) -- Danny Espinoza hit a pair homers Tuesday, driving in four runs and powering the Washington Nationals to a 10-2 victory over Philadelphia.

Espinoza cracked a three-run shot in third inning, putting the Nats up 5-0, and added a sixth-inning solo clout to make it 6-2. He finished 3-for-4 and Michael Morse added three hits and a pair of RBI in the Nats' 13-hit attack, which enabled them to even their three-game series against the Phillies.

Jayson Werth drove in a pair to back Jason Marquis (6-2), who held the National League East leaders to two runs on eight hits over 6 1/3 innings.

Cliff Lee (4-5) was lit up for six runs on seven hits in a 5 1/3-inning start for Philadelphia.

Domonic Brown collected two hits and an RBI for the Phillies.
