MLB: Baltimore 10, Chicago White Sox 4

CHICAGO, April 30 (UPI) -- Matt Wieters and Mark Reynolds had two-run doubles in a five-run seventh Friday to complete a rally and give Baltimore a 10-4 win over the Chicago White Sox.

Wieters also had a two-run homer that helped hand the White Sox their 13th loss in 16 games.

The White Sox took a 3-0 lead in the second, two of the runs scoring on A.J. Pierzynski's homer, but Baltimore took the lead in the sixth on the home run by Wieters and then broke the game open with its big seventh inning.

Baltimore sent 11 men to the plate in the seventh and scored five unearned runs on just two hits.

Nick Markakis and Luke Scott both drew walks against Jesse Crain in the seventh, but there were two away when Adam Jones hit a grounder to shortstop Alexei Ramirez. He bobbled the ball, however, to prolong the inning and load the bases.

Mark Reynolds then drew a walk to force in a run and both Wieters and Roberts followed with two-run doubles.

Baltimore starter Jake Arrieta (3-1) survived five innings and got the victory after allowing three runs on five hits. John Danks (0-4) took the loss, surrendering five runs in six innings.
